It was SO hot and humid on the Saturday morning that I got to meet sweet little Avery, but she still looked cute as can be... even if the rest of us were sweating away :-). I had such a fun evening with this cute family and the light, oh how perfectly gorgeous the light was the evening we met up. Lucy wasn't a big smiler, but we still managed to catch some :-) and I could have hung out and talked with this bunch all night! It's a good thing baby Norah is due very soon and I will get to see them all again. Yes, this mom was due in only a few weeks at the time of this shoot and she hardly looked pregnant! Good luck with your last couple weeks and I'm looking forward to the news that Norah has arrived :-)!

Our summer traveling once again gave us the opportunity to visit with one of my favorite people in the world, who also happens to be the talented photographer who taught me everything I know :-). When they moved to Denver just in time for our road trip I was so happy that we would get to hang out again, and I was SUPER excited that she would get to take our pictures again. We headed out one morning during our visit for me to take their family pictures as well. Her kids are seriously the cutest! Enjoy your preview Janna...looking forward to Peru :-)!!!

It must be rough I tell you to be this pregnant and still look this gorgeous :-)! My sister Kayley always looks fabulous, so I guess I should assume that she would keep right on looking that way when pregnant, but I was still amazed when I edited her maternity pictures. She and her cute little family are seriously the most photogenic bunch I know. After my oldest's family birthday party we hurried over to a pond near my house and took these pictures in about 20 minutes. Talk about pros! Oliver is going to be one cute and sweet big brother. I can't wait to meet my niece soon :-)!

Remember this cute couple from earlier in the summer? Well, their little guy arrived...and early too! When she told me her due date months ago I thought it would be perfect. We were going to be gone all of July and were getting home the day of her due date, so I figured even if he came a week or two early, it would be perfect timing. Well, Niam came even earlier than that, but he did amazing during his shoot even though he was a little older than most my newborns. His shoot was actually on his due date which was kind of fun :-). Niam is such a sweet and peaceful little guy with an irresistibly cute dimple too. I had so much fun spending the afternoon with him! Congratulations :-)!
