I was so impressed with Taylor! She knows who she is and is proud of it and that is such an impressive quality in anyone, but especially in a teenager. We had so much fun showing off what she is most passionate about...sports medicine. She is heading to LSU for it in the fall and is going to have so much fun! My family is actually heading there this weekend for a swim meet so I will be thinking of her :-). Congratulations on all your amazing accomplishments Taylor!

Hope and I had a plan when we headed out for her photo shoot and then we pulled up to the location only to find that it was blocked off! Luckily we ended up finding somewhere else that worked and got her pictures done just in time for her to head off to college...phew! Hope is my youngest sibling and has been my go to babysitter for years. She has been a great example and buddy to my oldest, Ella, and we all miss having her close by already! She is creative and talented and beautiful and amazing so I know she will rock it off in the world! Congrats on starting your next chapter of life Hoperiffic!

Hope's Prom

My baby sister Hope is graduating from high school this year and I can't believe it! Since I have pretty much failed her as a photographer sister (we aren't doing senior pictures until after school is over!), I was so glad that I could make it to her prom picture meet up to get some pretty shots for her. This is not the type of thing I usually do...only for Hope :-). She looked absolutely gorgeous and had an amazing time and we are really going to miss her when she is off to college!!!

Since I have a Preston of my own, I was looking forward to meeting this one :-). Boys don't look forward to their senior pictures as much as girls, but he was a good sport and hopefully even had some fun. He was new to Katy for his senior year and as someone who went to high school in three different states, I definitely can empathize with how challenging that can be. Preston has a great attitude though and is going to have so much fun next year. Hooray for college!

This was a family shoot but we focused most of our time on getting fun pictures of these cute girls. With one graduating high school in only a month and one who loved working the camera, it was inevitable :-). I had so much fun meeting you all! Enjoy the preview!
