Always an Adventure // Katy, TX Family and Child Photographer

This was my first family shoot of what will be many in the next few months and it was a fun way to begin! 

I have worked with this crazy bunch of boys the last two years and absolutely LOVED our shoot last fall...so there was pressure to live up to it again! With four boys it is definitely always an adventure, as I'm sure each day is in their home :-), but I am always left laughing. Thanks for another fun evening! (and you rocked the outfit choices again Josie!)

I have had so much fun over the past year working with Charlie Sue and her sweet family, and I am SOOO excited for them to add another cutie to the bunch! It was HOT and HUMID (it is August in Houston after all), so we waited as long as we could to do this shoot, hoping that the later hour would be a little cooler...at least it made us feel like we did all we could :-). The biggest success of the night was getting some smiles out of Charlie Sue though, she's a tough cookie! I can't wait to meet this sweet baby boy!

Little Jay Growing Up // Katy, TX Family and Child Photography

Jay definitely was in charge of this photo shoot :-)! He wanted to be free...to run and play and throw rocks... NOT to pose for any pictures (as most 2 year olds do). So we mostly let him, but of course we had to sneak in some posed shots as well :-). Jay has grown up with my photography business so it is fun to look back through his old sessions and see how much we have both grown over the last 2 years. I love this sweet family and am so thankful I get to be a part of their little guy's life! I can't wait to see you all again :-)!
