Jacob was another adorable little one year old! Despite not feeling the best, he was such a good sport for the photo shoot. The secret to his smiles was hearing Elmo sing :-)...so cute. And his mom made his birthday chalkboard sign by hand! I was super impressed! Happy Birthday to Jacob! He is one loved little man. Enjoy the preview!

Those are some pretty cute pictures. Love the sign they made, and the last ones in front of the yellow door with the banner, balloons and cake!
